Going for a Walk- The After Dinner Kind

Just wanted to post to encourage y’all (all 2 or 3 of you hah) to get outside and go for a walk.  You don’t have to power-walk or try to break a sweat or anything, just go for a walk around your block and enjoy it…You can go it alone, with a friend, in the afternoon, in the dark (wear something reflective), for miles, to your neighbor’s house,  down the street, to the store, anywhere/anytime/with anyone!  Just get out there!  Think about things.  Get motivated.  It works.  Happened to me earlier today, which is why I am sharing this thought.   Even creatures that live under rocks find the time for a stroll!  What else are they gonna do with all those legs!?!? With that said, I’m going to make a conscious effort to walk more.  That’s all.

  1. Can I just say what a relief to find someone who categorically knows what they’re talking about on the internet. You completely know how to bring an issue to light and make it distinctive. More people need to read this and understand this side of the story. I cant believe youre not more popular because you definitely have the gift.
