Going for a Walk- The After Dinner Kind
Just wanted to post to encourage y’all (all 2 or 3 of you hah) to get outside and go for a walk. You don’t have to power-walk or try to break a sweat or anything, just go for a walk around your block and enjoy it…You can go it alone, with a friend, in the afternoon, in the dark (wear something reflective), for miles, to your neighbor’s house, down the street, to the store, anywhere/anytime/with anyone! Just get out there! Think about things. Get motivated. It works. Happened to me earlier today, which is why I am sharing this thought. Even creatures that live under rocks find the time for a stroll! What else are they gonna do with all those legs!?!? With that said, I’m going to make a conscious effort to walk more. That’s all.
